Terms & Conditions

• The Price for the rooms are exclusive of all taxes.
• Check in time at the villa is 1:00pm and check out time is by 11:00am.
• The rooms will be only confirmed when we receive 50% advance of the total payment. Balance 50% should be made before 30 days of arrival.

Extra bed and Kids Policy

• Extra bed will be charged 1,500 INR + Taxes.
• The kids who are below 4 years old can stay for free using the existing beds.
• if there is more than a kid, then its mandatory to take an Extra bed.
• Please note our base category room ie "Deluxe Courtyard Room" doesn't have the provision for an extra bed.

Cancellation Policy

• In an event of No Show or Premature depature the full extend of stay will be charged as originally booked and confirmed.
• If the booking is cancelled on or before 30 days of arrival date then 50% of the total amount will be refunded. In case of cancellation after this period full amount will be retained by the hotel.
• If the booking is eligible for refund,The refund will be processed in 10 working days .
